By completing this order you agree to the following Terms and Conditions: Fee: Your fee includes attendance, all refreshments and paper documentation. It is a condition of booking that the fee is payable in advance. Please send a cheque for the appropriate amount with the registration form or complete the credit card details. Provisional booking by telephone must be confirmed in writing by post, email or fax. Once payment has been received a VAT receipt will be sent together with our confirmation of your place(s). *Our confirmation of booking: All bookings will be acknowledged, by us, in writing within seven working days of receipt. Full joining instructions will be issued 2 weeks prior to the conference. Clients booking tables should provide a full list of guest details 14 working days prior to the event. Cancellations: Once a booking has been received by us the delegate fee is non refundable. You may substitute your delegate up to 14 working days prior to the event by telephone or email, but if you are unable to find a substitute the fee will remain payable. Due to security restrictions we are unable to accept ticket/delegate sharing. Special Needs: If you have any special needs or particular dietary requirements we are happy to help wherever possible, provided we receive prior notice (14 working days). PLEASE NOTE: This programme is correct at the time of going to press. However we reserve the right to alter or cancel the programme due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, full refunds will be given. Executive Grapevine International Limited will not be liable for any consequential loss and reserves the right of admission.
